Coaching (mentoring) is a one-on-one process designed to bring clarity, improve interaction skills, and develop strategies. Amanda offers affordable sessions and works with clients to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create action plans to achieve desired results. Coaching is for individuals who are ready to commit to improving the quality of their lives, are open-minded, willing to try new skills and make a change where necessary. Unfortunately, coaching is not a quick fix, and you may not see significant results with only one or two sessions.
There's always room for some improvement within ourselves. Sometimes, all you need is someone to talk to without long-term commitment. Amanda works one-on-one with individuals at any phase of their life.

Amanda works one-on-one with parents, regardless of their marital status, to prevent future high conflict and parental alienation by using her unique background and experience to help parents understand the costs and risks associated with litigation and help them find alternative resolutions created by the parents, not a judge.
Children have struggles, challenges, and goals. Coaching helps them focus on what matters to them. Children can benefit from coaching in many ways, such as:
We all need different support at different times and phases of our lives. Both counseling/therapy and coaching help clients deal with life challenges and improve their overall quality of life, but they typically have different approaches and goals. Clients can benefit from working with a Coach and a Mental Health Provider.
Coaching, typically over a short period, is goal-oriented and focuses on the current status and issues to help you move forward by setting and achieving goals.
Counseling (Therapy), available only through licensed mental health providers, is over a more extended period and focuses on mental health, mental illness, and emotional healing by analyzing your past traumas and helping you create a mentally stable future.
Amanda uses her experience as an alienated parent from a high-conflict divorce and post-divorce events and as a mediator and coach to raise awareness about parental alienation. She is also available for podcast interviews, shows, and speaking engagements.
