All parties must agree to participate in mediation before a session can be scheduled. The requesting party is responsible for discussing mediation with the other party and scheduling a session, as I do not reach out to convince anyone to participate in mediation. At least one party is required to have an initial phone consultation before booking a mediation session. Sessions are booked via phone or email.

Invoices will be emailed to each party and must be paid in full at least three business days before the session. Non-payment from any party will result in non-refundable cancellation.  

An Agreement to Mediate will be emailed to each party and must be signed and returned at least 48 hours before the session. 

A Zoom link will be provided to each party on the morning of the session. Do not share this link. No one else is allowed to attend mediation, not even significant others, friends, or children. See FAQ to learn more about preparing for mediation.

Mediation services performed are non-refundable, regardless of results. Unused time is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations for mediation are partially refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee per party only if the session is canceled at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling mediations require at least 48 hours' notice to get a partial refund and avoid non-refundable cancellation.

• To get started with Coaching, please schedule a free phone consultation. 
• After the consultation, a Coaching Agreement will be emailed to you. A signed copy must be returned at least 48 hours before the initial session.
• An invoice will be emailed to you with payment due at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
• Sessions are up to 45 minutes. Unused time is non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
• Coaching sessions are via Zoom or phone. No services are provided through texts or emails.
• All services are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations, no exceptions. 
• Coaching sessions are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekly. Last-minute sessions are welcome.
• All sessions are confidential and private.
• Since Coaching is not considered therapy and I am not an LPC, health insurance will not cover services provided.
